- Assets you upload (logos, photos) and site content.
- Billing information processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe)—we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and site performance.
3. How we use information
- To deliver and host your website and provide support.
- To process payments and send invoices.
- To respond to inquiries and send service messages.
- With consent or as allowed by law, limited marketing (you can unsubscribe).
4. Sharing
We use processors such as hosting (Cloudflare), email, and payment providers to run the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. International transfers
We serve customers in the USA and Canada. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required.
6. Retention
We keep account and billing records as needed for the service and legal obligations. You may request deletion of marketing contacts anytime.
