Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TruckToWeb services provided by VIRTUMEDIA Sp. z o.o., Grunwaldzka 173/87, 60-322 Poznan, Poland (“TruckToWeb,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We design, build, and host websites for plumbing and HVAC businesses under STARTER, PRO, and GROWTH plans (and any options we publish, including $0 setup with a 12-month commitment). Features and edit allowances are as described at purchase.

3. Fees & billing

Setup and monthly fees are due as selected at checkout. Paid-setup plans renew monthly until cancelled. The $0-setup option requires a 12-month commitment; early termination may require payment of remaining months as stated at checkout. Prices are shown in USD; CAD equivalents may be offered.

4. Cancellation

On paid-setup plans, you may cancel effective end of the current billing month by emailing hello@trucktoweb.com. Upon cancellation we provide a package of your site files. Hosting and edits stop when the period ends.

5. Domain & content ownership

You own your domain and the content you supply (logos, photos, copy you provide or approve). We grant you a license to use our design implementation for your business site. Template frameworks and our tooling remain ours.

6. Preview & timelines

We aim to deliver a working preview within 48 hours of complete intake, before payment on standard flows, and to launch within 5 business days after approval and payment (or as otherwise agreed). Timelines depend on timely client feedback and assets.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend hosting for abuse or non-payment.

8. No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, call volume, or revenue. Local results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Poznań, Poland have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
